Great Ocean Road & Otways
The Great Ocean Road and Otways have become a lot more dog friendly in recent times, with some trial dog friendly walks in the Otways as well as options for accommodation, particularly dog friendly cottages and cabins.
While much of the Otway National Park is not dog friendly, there are still walk options in the Otway Forest park as well as dog friendly beaches.
If you are looking for some quick ideas for a dog friendly day trips, Stevensons Falls + Lake Elizabeth Walk near Forrest + the Forrest Brewery are a great dog friendly combo of easy bushwalk and food/drinks.
Another option is the Ocean View Lookout walk at Moggs Creek (either 1.1km return from town or just over 5km return from the Moggs Creek Picnic area) combined with the Aireys Inlet Pub.
